From looking at the picture with my head tilted to the right I see a shield with bars on it and a man standing behind it to the right and his right arm up it the air....I THINK!
Turn the coin 90 degrees to the left and it should be alot better on my neck and facing up right. Need to research and try to find a coin with the shield with bars on it and man behind it with his right arm up in the air.
