Got out for a couple of hours this morning and then the monsoon hit and I had to quit.At a old country school and church on same lot.Looked it a lot and found a lot of good stuff in the past.The half was in very heavy iron near the road ditch.Note all the rusty stains.Found all with the big 12x15 sef as I new the rain was near coming and wanted to cover as much ground as possible before getting wet,Ray.

Glad somebody had a good hunt today. I froze in the bitter cold wind and managed only a couple wheats and a bunch of clad quarters.

Congrats on the old lady. Might drop by the clinic tomorrow and get her a tetanus shot, she has some serious rust. :biggrin:

Awesome hunt Ray and congrats on pulling that through all the iron. That is what happens when you put a great machine into the hands of a skilled hunter.

Super nice hunt! Congrats on the half. Most people don't realize that big silver is hard to find. Why? Because it was easy to see on top of the ground.

That is one pretty girl ya got there, Never mind the rust just look how dark my silver has been coming out!
That is definitely one of the best coin works of art there is on the Walking lady wish they would make coins like that today.
Sorry bout that last post I leaned on the edge of my lap top and it posted!
