The XP Deus. The first time I took it out and started swinging it, I was in love. I wish I had gotten it years ago. It is so light, it is like a feather to swing. I don’t think that I will ever buy any other detector.

One of my favorite detectors was one of my first serious detectors, the Garrett Deepseeker. I was younger then and I was able to hunt quite a bit more than I do now, and found most of my collection of relics with the Deepseeker. This was a great detector and well made.

Minelab Explorer XS. With the factory coil, this was easily Minelabs most superior FBS detector. It was deep and could really sniff out the silver and gold if it was there.

Nautilus 2Ba was my first high end detector and It was money well spent. Most of my collection came from using that Nautilus. Today, I primarily swing an ORX and I like it a lot.
