Question: will the Equinox have to be sent to a service center to replace the battery?

I always assumed the BP was in the handle. Internal photos show the cable exiting the control head
into the handle. So I would think you send the head / handle assy. Dan ?

It is in the handle, the housing is attached to the handle, of course.
