Someone said they could not make the pattern work. This one is straight from my etrac. I saved it with the exchange software. It should be ok.

Bill that is a very good file buddy. Used it this evening and pull two wheat's and three Lincolns all were very deep. I thought I had cleaned this spot out but i guess not. Thanks

Had about 1/2 hour last night so i tried it only dug 3 targets 2-memorials and 1-HI 8" EASY

Thanks Bill. I was able to load your pattern on my detector. I'm a newby to the Minelab Etrac but I'm already impressed with its performance.

Bill,

I used your pattern in a park loaded with trash. Pulled out about 4.00 in clad and a British musket ball that dates back to 1777. The ball weigh is 30 grams and diameter .680 and white color patina. I thought is was a white gum ball. There are mold marks on it as well. A brief history is In 1777, the British marched through the town and burned several areas in the park, including a gunpowder mill and several homes. I am located about 15 miles west of Philadelphia. The musket ball register at 11-34 .......Thanks!

I'm new at this and I'm not that good with a computer. I can't get it to open or save it . can you tell me how to do it

connect the etrac to your PC with the usb cable.

The file will ONLY open with the etrac or etrac enumerator. First you need to down load the file and remember the place that you downloaded it to. Then open etrac exchange. click on the patterns tab at the top. Then click on the "i want to" from drop down box tab. Pick upload a file to etrac. Then click on open file you will then see your download and click the file and the file will be uploaded to you etrac. Then click on a slot in pattern files and save it.

and I must say it worked extremely well.............I think it will be a great addition to my other modes, especially in very trashy sites like along the sidelines of ballfields and fairgrounds, etc..........Thanks for the great pattern........Hawkeye Jim.

I,m having trouble too. I cannot down load the program file to my PC. any help?

Do you mean you can not download it or open it? You would not be able to open it on your computer but you should be able to at least get it downloaded to your computer. You have to use the Etrac Exchange software to upload it to your Etrac from the computer. If you need more explanation let me (us) know.

Thanks for the Info. on the park pattern. I downloader the emulator as well as us coins jewery zip files and the new park pattern but my trouble has been trying to download the zip files into the emulator. I don't have the exchange cd all of this has been off this web site. Now I know you have to the the exchange soft ware. I saw one post that someone downbloaded the emulator and the coin zip files down loaded them which I wanted to do but still can't seem to get it to work. I' old and just don' know how to work with files and folders thanks again

Bill, just wanted to let you know this park pattern works very well in Illinois!!

Thank you and Joe 19403 again for the information. I was successful in downloading all my zip files into the emulator and it works fine. I also created the Trashy Park and was able to save it into the Emulator. I enjoy all the information from this forum as well as the E-trac classroom. I'm also glad to see other members from central Missouri. Question? On the emulator using the park pattern it accepted all US coins as well as all Jewelry both Gold and Silver can it be used with 2TTF or would you lose some targets compared to an open screen?

I do not know why you would want to use two tone as most of the iron should be discriminated out. But I do not think it would hurt anything if you did. I have never tried it. Are you from Missouri?
