Say hello, or................

Jim West Pa

New member
should i say,say goodbye, to Mack, aka "BOO".
This fella was one of my Rottie rescues about 12 years back.
He lived to be jist over 15. A Long time for the breed.
He had a few strokes in the past couple o' years
and tho it impaired him physicaly, he never lost his good spirited nature.
This pic of him still smilin is after one of his strokes.
His head remained crooked like that.
It was a vey hard decision but early last month it was time to say goodbeye and give him one behind the ear. :sadwalk:

You can see tho that even in his condition he still tried to play in this past winters' snow.
Rotties absolutely love cold snowy weather.

He is missed but i thank God i had the oportunity to know him.

Not much worse than having to put one down but at least we have them for a while. Unconditional love. Nothing better...d2

What a great looking friend you had Jim, he was lucky to have you too.

When I lose one, it is like losing a member of the family. It takes a long time to get over the loss. Kelley (Texas) :)

I've met very few people in my life that were as honest as my dogs.

It was genuinely a two sided deal.

do ya by chance have a dog named r-2 ?
:poke:
sorry, couldn't resist.
