Got out yesterday found a 1855 cent, 18? half dime and my girl friend on her second time out finds 1858 Flying Eagle Cent. Ive got her hooked now. What a nice day!!

In your picture it looks like an arrow to the left of the date. If so that would make the half dime an 1853, 1854, or an 1855. Those three years had the arrowed date. Those are the type of finds I dream about. Congratulations. Hunt that area hard.
 
Sweet find's! The flying eagle cent appears to be in nice condition.
