Very weird. Be kinda hard to do that if you didn't know you were doing it.
If you accidentally hit the left or right arrow on the bottom left of your screen this will change your sensitivity from auto to manual or vice a versa. That is the only way this can be done without going into menu. Try a factory reset and maybe a master reset before sending it back if you decide to do so. Also call Minelabs Customer Care # 1-877-767-6522 They may solve your problem over the phone. Good luck and HH
