Silver Man Suprise!

OK, got a BIG SURPRISE! I thought I was digging yet another Beer Can...Then Surprise! 12'' deep silver signal on the Etrac. Silver Man shows if face. 1864 date on the back, sterling silver book mark. Don't mind the digger scratch

All, thank you for the comments. I will have to weight it for scubadetector and update. As for research, I have been unable to find any thing close to the silver man?

This bookmark was made in the US by J.F. Fradley. It is marked on the back with sterling,
the manufacturers hallmark of a cross, the number 1864, the number 36, and Benedict.
This is a figure of the Shakespeare character from the play Much Ado About Nothing.
The date is 1870 - 1936.
