A lot of very hot weather and some very severe thunderstorms here in Ohio this past month - been real busy around work - but I still had time for a few hunts over the couple of weeks.
Hunted around a friends 1930's - 1940's era house yesterday - found the 1953 Rosie Dime, two Wheat Cents, approx. ( 20 ) clad coins and this Enameled Poodle Pendant.
A little internet research told me that the Pendant was made by the Sarah Coventry Jewelry Co. in the 1950's. It's not made of silver but it's still a nice piece.
The Buffalo Nickel and the other Wheat Cents were found at an old abandoned house - an 1800's church parking area and along a section of old sidewalk.
The small brass clothes Button was found near an 1800's cellar hole. It has what looks like a shield emblem on the front with stars all around the edge.
Good hunting to all ! --- Mark
