Solar Flare Last Week, Effects?

This article says there was a solar flare last week, Thursday at 4pm Eastern time. Anyone notice noise or weirdness while detecting?

Have not noticed anything while detecting. But my satellite tv would flicker once in awhile. Does that every spring and fall.
