Sunday Hunt

Larry (IL)

Well-known member
I must have had the silver coins turned off on my detector yesterday, not a one but the wheaties were coming in hard and a plenty, 25 of them. McLucky and I spent Sunday afternoon looking for the elusive silver but we just didn't have our coils over them this time. I did meet with a prospective member/hunter.... sorry if I got this wrong but I think his name is Tom from Glasford.

Other interesting finds were a brass spigot and a lava soap token. The bell with clapper intact was found at a site of an old log cabin and could be quite old..... It was a great day for a hunt, not too cold, not too hot with a light breeze. :clapping:
