Good pinpointer. The main reason I like it, is because it will give you the same sound you heard in your headphones prior to digging. This is good when you can have iron next to a good target in the hole!

I got a used one from ebay. It's a nice addition to the E-trac. Make sure you get one already mounted on the shaft...

I own the Pistol probe,The Garrett and have owned a few of the lesser quality units as well.The Pistol probe is great as is the Garrett......However the Sunray is in a league of it's own in my opinion.It is an integral part of the machine so you don't forget batteries.It uses the E-Tracs electronics so you have basically 2 detectors in one that DESCRIMINATES as well,just like the main unit.For the type of detecting that I do,the Sunray is the best there is and I will never go without one while detecting.A definate must have acessory for the E-Trac!

Really, do a search on here, other forums, google, etc.. about it. I have never seen anything bad about Sunray Probes. In fact I am really surprised one of the big detector companies hasn't developed their own model yet?

It's the only way to go. You will spend less time in the hole and more time 'tecting.

There's no comparison to the Sun- Ray probe. The only negative feedback is from people that have'nt used one HH

I have one that is mounted on an EXll upper shaft that I would part with.I traded off
my EXll and use another pinpointer instead.They are great to have on your EX,ET
or Safari machines. Gary
