Dear Flintstone,
Using of metal detector in the field, take out thinking about air test, is the multiple system.
1. Hunter nature- if is no patient, it s a problem. Is not able searching, in reality.
2. Hunter style. - Mistakes: swinging too fast or quick, swing on curve - high ends, and coil is too high, more than one inch.
3. Detector - too lazy, ability indexed (see)target. Note from last rally, targets 8mm, deep 0-2 centimetres, TID machine. one guy comment (argued comment): I seeing it, and this (4 letter word) does not. Target was on surface.....
4. Coil - Interaction with detector, and ground and environment. Thinking about it in target consequences. Every time you can move back with other, is not it.... you will surprise.
5. Adjustment of detector - too positive is good for black or white info, but you lost border signals and probably you lost majority of target due lack of separation. Note: You hear big iron, and, be aware, if is in place any good target, you CANNOT hear it....
6. Ground and mineralisation general - Ground balancing ability is a condition. In the meadow, for example, now, fall is coming, are sand grains salted. Last Thursday, I was in these areas, and set of my Tejon was (fortunately no electric wires there): Coil: 10x12 SEF, GB negative light, VCO sound control, Threshold max, sens max, Disk #1 All metal, Disk #2 significantly under foil. Big grass there, and I press coil down what I was able, short swing curve
