I really can't blame you...I have a Gibson Les Paul Custom and Marshall half stack that I'm really considering selling. Be nice to pay some bills and get the AT Pro. My wife tells me I will regret selling that guitar...but it sounds like I certainly won't regret getting an AT Pro!![]()
Sell a Les Paul.... dont do it kind sir.... Heck in a couple months you should start seeing a couple show up on the classified forum for less . It happens that way with any brand new Detector. It is what it is.
joe dirt_1 said:In the video Vaughn Garrett says in the normal mode the AT PRO operates just like an ace 250. I just don't see anything too exciting about the AT PRO that is different or earth shattering. I doubt it will make all other detectors obsolete either. Time will tell whether it will perform like they say it will.
The ace can pick up a good target under hot rocks and under iron? The 250 can pick up gold 2' down and small pebbles at 5"+ Yes i would say that Joedirt is not a Garrett fan...........Stix said:joe dirt_1 said:In the video Vaughn Garrett says in the normal mode the AT PRO operates just like an ace 250. He meant only sound wise and says that directly. There is a huge difference between the 2 detectors. What video are you watchingThe ace can pick up a good target under hot rocks and under iron? The 250 can pick up gold 2' down and small pebbles at 5"+
The Ace can go under water and has a manual GB? The ace has iron audio? I do not know what world you living in but this detector ESPECIALLY at this price is unreal. The Engineer in the last 3 episodes says it acts like the 250 sound wise in STD mode for newcomers but goes substantially deeper.
Haters gonna hate I guess.
