Todays field hunt, silver wheats and indian

Kyle (Nooberz) came over to hunt with me today in a couple fields.
First spot yeilded couple wheats, the button, 2 marbles and I got a weak signal that was right around wheat penny range but was kinda deep, turned out being a 1892 barber dime. It was completely black. I put in in electrolysis for one minute and all the black came off.

Hit a second field got nothing but shotgun shells..........

Then on the way home we spotted an old farm and we stopped and asked permission to detect, permission granted. I got the 1946 rosie it was right beside a huge chunk of iron and was an iffy signal. Found a couple wheats, and that was about it, I walked to the area where Kyle just went over and got a deep iffy signal that sounded like a wheat. I asked Kyle why he didn't dig it? He said it was too jumpy so I said well I am gonna dig it, about 7" down a 1902 injun came out, #85 injun for the year!

Congrats on some great finds there.
Looks like you are headed for 100 injuns!

Why didn't you get a picture of Kyle "kickin" himself because he didn't dig the Iffy. Nice old finds Terry! Thanks for the pictures too! That button is neat.

Any time you dig silver and IH cents in the same day, it is a good hunt. By the way, you did give Kyle back his penny, didn't you? HH Randy
