Took the Equinox out for the first time

Took it to a local high school. Found 5 clad quarters, 1 presidential dollar, 13 clad dimes,4 nickels and a few pennies. Nothing really exciting, but a total of $3.78. So far I like it. I was using the Park 1 program. That school has a lot of EMI, so I turned the sensitivity down to 15 and it ran pretty smoothly.

Last night I set up a user profile program in the Park 1 program. I set the discrimination to accept everything, and changed the tones to 2 tone. So everything from-9 to 0 has a low tone and everything above 0 has a high tone.
 
Congrats JEF on the Nox.. when you were getting the EMI, did you try changing programs and noise cancel? I've noticed in some place where I get noise(EMI) changing to a different program solves the problem. I mainly hunt F2.. but a couple of times I changed the program and that help..
