Hi all,
I got out on Sunday for the first time in at least 2 weeks.I have been wanting to ask permission at this house for a while but couldn't catch anyone there at the house. Then this week the persistance paid off.The house is in my town and is right next to the old town green.I'm sure that at some point this was a field but now its a huge lawn.Any way the first target was a colonial button so it was a good start.Next was a jackpot...Two LCs in one hole one was a 1805 and the other was a 1798 the 98 is now my oldest LC and the 05 was a date that I didn't have so that plus two in one hole and on video makes a WOW.(I'm editing the video for YouTube I'll post when I'm done with it.) Then the next thing is the pendant which is a mystery I have no idea what it was first...was it jewery first or a coin?you can see the chain that was with it.Next was the seated dime 1877 always nice to have silver. Then the 1802 LC was last. There was some regular junk and some clad too.All in all a fun day
* when I go detecting I always do so with permission of the land owner.
