Ive sent/ received 3 packages or letter in the last month and the PO has screwed up royally each time.

Package from CA to NJ took almost a month.
Certified letter over a week. Tracking kept saying 'in transit; while it already arrived !!!!

Now I sent a detector to South Dakota on Monday, received daily tracking emails, it will arrive on Friday. However the PO thought it better to send it to Puerto Rico to get a sun tan !!!!!!
At least as of today its back in FL. I wonder what other exotic place my detector will see ???

They piss and moan about being swamped and charge more for the lousy service. Yet somehow Walmart and Amazon can get your package to your house in 2 days.

Try and talk to someone in the PO and they say 'go fill out a form online'.

I use to really trust the PO with priority shipping of 2-3 days. I didnt want my detectors bouncing around for weeks.

But know Im going elsewhere.

Forget about shipping anything for Christmas. It may be there by NEXT Christmas !!!!

YEP, been there done that.Sent a detector to Wyoming and they sent it to Arizona and stood there for two weeks,no one could help me until I found someone this dear lady chased it down and it then it was one more week,but it got there.HERE IT IS FOLKScontact Marta Maulik @ 1-307-857-0127 she is a manager for the usps ,you can only reach her from 7 am-----10 am.SHE leaves the office after this time,mercy can she HelpI am in Texas you might look and see where 307 area is atH ope this helps.------CJM

I’m not sure what happened,but lately USPS shipping prices seem to have skyrocketed and service has gone down the toilet.My last detector played the “in transit” game until it showed up three days late,10 days total.I went to ship a package for my wife and was quoted $52 for an 8# box(probably $30 value). I wanted to verify that she wanted to spend that much so I carried it back home and she still wanted to ship as it was a gift.Got a different clerk the next morning and was charged $40…..

UPS sucks. I shipped a package and they sent it back to shipping center. I picked it up, it looked like they dragged it down the hiway on a chain. Opened it and luckily I packed it well and it was undamaged. They said it was my fault for not packing it well and they wouldn't insure it, refund my shipping cost or reship it for free. Screw UPS. At least USPS insurance will pay out. I never had a problem with FedX but a buddy hates them. Realistically they all suck at times but what UPS did screwing me to save themselfs $20 cost them most of my business for the last 10 years.
