and it is 18 deg. with snow on the ground.Guess I wont be celebrating by detecting today :ranting:But I plan to make up for lost time as soon as I can:thumbup::detecting:

Thanks Bob and I hope I aint getting to old to swing that E-Trac :stretcher: I have read that it is soooooooooo heavy :detecting:

The Explorers and e-trac are heavier than some, but its just like anything else, your body will
adapt and strengthen your muscles if you use it enough.
I use to shoot competition archery,i went three days once without shooting, when i picked up my bow
to shoot it after that it felt,(awkward),i guess you could say.
If i get to where i cant swing the explorers easily anymore,i will get a swingy thingy.
I myself just can't compromise,on what ( I ) consider,quality!

Thank you and I do feel like a youngster most of the time.Especially when out detecting. I was fortunate to not get caught up in any of those bad habits that can bring on early health problems often times. It sure is great to be a free healthy American and be able to pursue individual happiness :usaflag::thumbup:

HAPPY BIRTHDAY to you young man and may you have MANY more!!----Don't worry about being able to swing that Etrac (or similar detector)---you'll be able to swing 'em for years to come (Lord willing).----My wife & I both use Etracs all the time & for extended hrs. each hunt ( don't use or like bungees either) and we're 71 & 66 yrs. old.----------God Bless, Del & Patsy
