Yesterday in very moist ground conditions I had pennies ringing in all over the place from as low as nickels to as high as 40. I was digging them because of their sounding like a coin which they were, but was hoping for something a little larger. Have been noise cancelling regularly, so that isn't the problem and the amount of sensitivity didn't seem to matter either. Does anyone have any ideas on what is going on with the pennies??? Did have a good day coin shooting including 5 nickels, but ended up digging an extraordinary large amt. of pennies because many weren't coming in at their normal range, but at 38 and "elsewhere" on many occasions. Guess I should be glad that the other denominations don't vary like the pennies do!
