On the arm cup has only one screw can not seem to be able to keep it tight loosens then get wobbly I do not want to over tighten it
 
Try putting some nail polish on the threads.
 
Get a small tube of the blue Locktite and put some on the threads. The blue Locktite will let you unscrew it. Don't use the red Locktite - that's for permanent locking it down.
