My Mom finally got out of the hospital a few days before Thanksgiving so I was able to get out last weekend and hit it hard.
Most all of the finds shown are from this past long holiday weekend at public researched sites with my Minelab E-Trac.
Friday was a 7 Barber coin day. All of the Barber coins were 9 - 12 inches deep.
The ground was still surprisingly soft. Any weekend hunt this late in the year without snow is a bonus.
The Badge piece is part of a 1955 Hartford Fire Insurance Junior Marshall Badge and read like a nickel. Too bad it wasn't whole but at least there was enough there to ID it.
The Sterling Ring has a neat design and I was happy to hit that. It read like a loud quarter. I haven't found that exact design before.
Thanks for looking!
Dave
