Whites 24k knockoff

has to be fake, look below it for the 24k Garrett is selling, they bought Whites. For starters the weight, the Garrett is 7 lbs, the fake is either 16oz or 1 lb, can't be sure what they are saying.

They are not fake, don't know why they are selling them that cheap but they are definitely not fake at all, and the price is fantastic for one of the best and very capable nugget detectors produced, they are the Original Whites version of the 24K Tan in color

i know someone that actually purchased one

The owner of that store on amazon replied in a thread on Detector Prospector, here is the thread

Recent check there is/was 9 left
I sent the amazon Link to @Odanscoils and he purchased one, he will tell everyone its Legit, i am sending him my spare 6 inch coil for his that he just purchased

Yup. I got one. Fast. 3 days shipping.
In original box with original factory seals.
Comes with one coil and battery holder.
Runs beautifully. What a steal of a deal.
Thanks oldkoot.

If it is the real deal, congrats. I bought one when Whites first came out with them, sold it within a year, the thing would always go into overload.

Hi. Do you mean the legit Garrett are 7lb or the fakes? The legit is 3.6 lb or thereabouts.

I was simply noting the difference in the descriptions. If you go to any Chinese website Temu, Aliexpress etc, they compare their product better than the competitors. Here you have a weight difference, I have no idea as to how much it should weigh, but someone lists the wrong weight.

I had a Garrett 24k. I think because they’re using different plastic that might have something to do with the weight difference. I also bought one of the Whites from that sale and that’s the one I use right now, it was the real thing, brand new for $400. My understanding is Garrett received some of those from the purchase of Whites and they auctioned them off. The main caveat to buying those is that there is no warranty from Garrett for them, and they’re non-returnable.

You luv earrings?? Might look funny...show us a photo, plz.🤣

sry, couldn't resist...

I guess it’s OK to post this here since it’s topic related and a benefit for FM members, plus he’s not a dealer anymore. Jim McCullock is selling out his inventory of new Garrett 24k’s for $500 shipped and they do have a Garrett Warranty because he’s leaving Garrett.I’ll leave it up to people here to find his number, he is a well known member on DP and a local placer gold legend in the Yucca Valley who lives in Landers, CA. He was both a Garret and Whites dealer before that. Super nice guy also! He spent the afternoon with me for personal training when I bought my first Garrett detector from him.

LoL. Funny.

Actually the # 1 lost item at the beach was always earrings.
Some very valuable ones at times.

The one thing I rarely find at the beach is earrings.

There have to be thousands out there over the last 100 years by now.

I rarely hear of anyone finding them around here.

I think the fish are eating the bling ones.
