When I was younger, I rode, I preferred dirt, later, I got into 3 wheel ATV's, dangerous to say the least, then quads came along, yea baby, but then again age played a factor, neck, shoulder, back surgery, now theses are my thing.

Very nice ride.
We should be calling them Old Fart Carts.
I'd have one. Though I don't have a safe place to keep it under lock and key.
Though I live in the middle of a farm.
The area around has been filling up with yuppie wanna be's and their spoiled kids who think they can take what they want.
Being home bound.
I'd love to see your adventures with that ride.
Camping. Fishing would be awesome.

Beautiful pics. I love Crystal's.
I would love to spend a weekend end camping out in a location like that.
See what dreams may come to me.
I'm unusual that way.
Most times nothing.
Then every now and then at a new place.
It's like I'm living someone's life in my dream.
Some can be quite detailed.
Ohh. "What dreams may come" great movie.

Interesting place to metal detect.
How do you hunt for gold ?
Detector, panning, sluicing ?
Dredging ?
seasonal water, and you would not want to be near the water when it is flowing. I'm in Arizona, I prospect anywhere from 5 - 20 miles north of the boarder of Mexico. If you sluice you usually need a recirculating sluice, and carry your buckets up a hill, I'm too old for that. I used to drywash, but got too old, now just metal detecting.

Man that close to the border in this day and age I'd be packing heavy.
An M4 silenced and at least a nice 40 cal on my hip.

Do any detecting around ruins ?
Old fort's? Any stashed stagecoach robbery loot ?

Love to see those golden adventures
