Nice bike. I know exactly where Fresh Air Barbecue is in Jackson. Ate there many a times. Not too far from the house here.
Very nice ride. When I was younger, I rode, I preferred dirt, later, I got into 3 wheel ATV's, dangerous to say the least, then quads came along, yea baby, but then again age played a factor, neck, shoulder, back surgery, now theses are my thing.
Interesting place to metal detect. It will not let me insert cinematic photos, which shows the trail and scenery to get here

seasonal water, and you would not want to be near the water when it is flowing. I'm in Arizona, I prospect anywhere from 5 - 20 miles north of the boarder of Mexico. If you sluice you usually need a recirculating sluice, and carry your buckets up a hill, I'm too old for that. I used to drywash, but got too old, now just metal detecting.Interesting place to metal detect.
How do you hunt for gold ?
Detector, panning, sluicing ?
Dredging ?
Man that close to the border in this day and age I'd be packing heavy.seasonal water, and you would not want to be near the water when it is flowing.
