    Garrett Carrot mode question...

Can anyone tell me if the vibration mode wears the batteries down faster then audio? Like using the vibrate mode. Have difficulty adjusting the sensitivity. Believe I have it at medium power setting as full is just too much. Thanks.

    Pin pointers

I have trouble adjusting the sensitivity. Used to have it at 100 percent which was too much. Think I managed to lower it to medium which is better. Question, does vibrate run the battery down faster then audio?

from a small park sev weeks ago using the Eurotek Pro with 8 inch coil. Finally managed a halfway decent photo and downloaded a free editor. So, they tore up a small park, some turf, basket ball court.I managed to be the first in and right away found the ring on the left with the two big diamonds...

Not much the last 2 weeks...

Mostly rusty clad and the usual junk. Today I used the Gold Bug and 8 inch concentric coil off the Delta 4000. Did manage two 1950's wheaties and one no date wheatie that looks older, and 5 nickels today. Spent more time trying to fix other peoples plugs that they were careless in replacing.I...

    More Goldbug finds...

Gonna have to nickname this the Silver Bug. Went to an old fairgrounds for 3 hrs. Detected the parking field. Used the Delta's 8 inch concentric on the GB. Hard ground, very trashy, but the coil worked great. Got about $3.50 in mostly rusty clad. But did manage to find two war nickels, 1945 s...

    Gold Bug all metal ID

Hmm when I test coins in the all metal mode the large two digit number in the middle is much lower then when in disc. I thought that number identifies the object but I guess not. The manual states the arc across the top identifies the object. Guess I will have to retest my coins and check that...

A while back I purchased a used GB(not pro) with 5 inch coil. Ive used it a couple times. Yesterday worked a soccer field for two hrs and got a sterling ring, a wheatie, a handful of change including 5 nickels and a goodsize pile of the usual junk.Had alot of fun as I rarely get out anymore. Sunday interesting Cz3d find...

First time out in quite a while. Visited an old trashy 1890's lot. Used the hockey puck and dug a lot of wine bottle caps and the usual junk and a few modern coins. Got this interesting decorative piece that attaches to something. Looks like its brass or bronze maybe. Anyone have any ideas? Its...
