    HF 9” took a dump

    Well that did not last long. I was water hunting in about 2-3 feet of water and my coil just stopped working. The control said no coil detected. It will not take a charge and is completely dead. Called XP America and it is on its way back for repair or replacement.

    2nd set of headphones looked-up

    While doing the update I got to the headphone part and it asked for the second set of headphones, I have both the WS4 and 5. I said yes and then it asked to turn them on so I did. They locked up and will not respond at all. The remote, 2 coils and WS5's all work great with the update. Anyone...

    Virginia's red hot soil

    I'm just curious what everyones thoughts are on how the new high frequency coils and v4 update will perform in the hot ground in Virginia. I'm not very familiar with hunting that type of soil or PI machines that seem to work best in those conditions.

    Rusted bottle caps?

    How do all of you deal with rusted bottle caps and the Deus. I recently detected a spot that was loaded with them. They come in anywhere from 60's to 90's and sound solid like a coin on the Deus.
