    Glad To Be Back In Action

    Almost a month of my CTX in the shop and I'm extremely happy to have it back and swingin' away on the beach. Only a couple of bucks in clad and a few fishing leads but I'll take it any day. Lovin' the 17" coil too. :)

    My ctx has been in Minelab's posession for nearl three weeks and no word yet. I'm afraid to call them as I may jinx myself. I've heard from others here that things are a bit chaotic there at the present time. I sure hope I hear something soon :(

    I just got my 17" coil and took it for a spin at the beach today. I noticed that I had to bump the sensitivity quite a bit down from my usual setting of that with the stock 11" coil, also it chatters quite a bit in the surf even when I lower the sensitivity as well, and seawater mode is "on"...

    Manual Sensitivity

    When putting the ctx in manual sensitivity I noticed that you can bump up the sensitivity up to 30, however the other setting let's you adjust from -3 to +3... exactly what is this setting for? Not much is mentioned about this in the manual. Thanks ya'll...HH
