    Finds from the river today....

I was thinking graphite too. Dug many on Erie shores. Sounds of real nice. Like silvers depending on size. Most of mine are oblong. Though I've never seen it porous. Nor still wet overnight. Possibly some coal coak ?

Why I wear boots in the water

Y'all's makin my toe nails curl. Yup. Boots all the ways. I always fear reaching down and snagging a hook thru my fingers. Especially when the line is snagged on something.

I Think This Might Be The #1 Reason We Have So Much Competition Today

I'm not seeing much of a change up here on the shores of lake Erie. If anything I'm seeing less of the old farts. The regulars. There's a few Erie regulars on here. Maybe their seeing something different. I can't detect presently. So I go up and park just watching.

I Think This Might Be The #1 Reason We Have So Much Competition Today

Ditto everything you said. Finding any information was both fun and frustrating. You either knew somebody or spent days at the library. Going thru books and magazines. My first detector in 74 was a RadioShack. Found pockets full of copper and silver coins. Had good finds most anywhere I went...

TID number for a Full Celtic Stator

Here's an overview. I worked the park. And east edge of the pond. Some care taker's let me detect when asked. Office people were not so kind. Haven't been there in over 20 years. I'm certain it's been plucked clean over the many years by hundreds of detector's. The buggy and walk paths were...

"BINGO" Got Ring #20 This Week!

TID number for a Full Celtic Stator

You guys are killing me. The one thing I've always wanted. Any gold coin. I'm purty certain if I could of detected around President Garfield's mansion I'd of found one. And numerous privy properties near by. There was a wagon and walk path from the main house to the swimming pond. Their was some...

    What is this mineral/stone

Beautiful specimen. Of what I haven't a clue. Are sure it's not a meteorite ? Usually on earth the Crystal structure forms symmetrically. Orientation the same. This seems to have been tumbling as the crystals formed. Many seem out of place. Molten planet or other space object ejecta ? Forming...

    Out of the fight

Quite impressive on those reps. I've found band core exercises are very helpful as well. Though in these diagrams I've added different angles of approach in each exercise. Pulling in the full muscle groups. Back in 2013 as I was rebuilding strength to return to overhead lines. My side twist was...

Those Samurai's are impressive. See a few around. The duck thing is from the movie Howard the Duck. Guess he performed purty well in bed. Apparently their hoping to get lucky. 😄 I don't have many really off road places to go. My main machine for years was an old Forester. Awesome in the woods...

    Out of the fight

Unfortunately like me you may need some kind of surgery. Your's sounds like a fusion and stenosis. Narrowing of the nerve channels. My neck is like that. Micro surgery in my case. Still yet to see the neurosurgeon for that. Lower back surgeries are pretty well sorted out these days. Do a lot of...

Gold Monster 2000 looks like game changer

They have good and bad trips. She's retired from Germany. About five years ago I believe she moved to Australia and started prospecting. Started watching her alone with her pup in her first year. She's come a long way. Go to her yotub channel. She has all her video history up. I still find some...
