    Thanks for the test data Daniel, looks like I'm going to be looking for a non-DST model as well. The T2 LTD with DST that I have will just barely hit a 10 inch dime in my soil with the factory or Superfly coil. And for those questioning, yes I have a Manticore with the 9 and 11 inch coils.

    yeah, my soil here is mild, the only machine deeper here than a 2B that I have owned was a 1266X with the Hothead coil. But you are right, that 2B is a bear to hunt with all day, when I was younger not so much, but now is a different story!
