    Mineralized beach sand made my equinox go into overload!!

    Agree w Odanscoils above and others - I work a lot of black sand on west coast of Florida and my Equinox and CTX 3030 don't have an issue w it. Sometimes a cross-section of the sand will reveal 5 or more layers of black sand interspersed w regular sand - no problem. Would look at other sources...
