    T2 Button Find

Found this button at an older site. Can someone help and put a date to it? Newer? Older? or Other? It was 5" deep and gave a reading in the lower 70's. I've pulled plenty of 1800's coins out of this area but am not a button man by any means. Thanks! RD3D

    First Texas & NASA

With all this 'NEW' detector talk, I was thinking about a few things. Does anyone know if Dave Johnson of First Texas and NASA Tom have 'hooked-up' in any way? In my opinion, they are both the top superstars in the detecting arena and could only imagine what they could develop if put in the...

    T2 Lower Stem Fix

Teknetics sent me a replacement for a loose lower stem. The fix was a new lower stem which now includes a screw to keep it from wobbling. Hope it lasts! RD3D

    T2 sniffs out Token

Can anyone put a date to this token? "Good for 5c in Trade". The T2 did a great job of picking it out between plenty of iron trash. Also found a mans heavy US Navy Ring made from Silver & Gold which I'll be posting soon.

Knowledge + High Tones = Success!

As promised, I went back to some of the hunted-out and more challenging areas with the new knowledge I obtained from NASA Tom's NEW DVD and had plenty of success! I'll second what another detectorist had already mentioned...My DVD has already paid for itself! There's nothing more rewarding...

NASA Tom's NEW DVD is OUTSTANDING!

I ordered it from his web-site and sent extra bucks to have one 'overnighted', and I got it today at noon. Needed it before the weekend hunt. This is the best metal detecting DVD I have ever seen! It's Hollywood/NASA studio professional quality. I have no idea how the production crew recorded...

Turn Detector on and Dig High Tones - Part 2!!!

Went back to the to the church site to see what else I could squeeze out between all the nails. The 3D is definitely a nickel vacuum. I didn't have time to clean up the nickel yet...Sorry for the poor picture. Mercury Dimes always bring a smile to my face! Again I used the standard 8" coil...

    More CZ-3D High Tones

Made a second trip back to the nail infested area church grounds. I'm just beginning to realize how well the 3D does finding coins in a high trash environment. Each coin pictured was pulled out of the ground along side with a square nail or other deep iron object. It's always nice going to an...

Turn Detector On - Sweep Coil - Dig High Tones

Once again my CZ-3D amazes me! NASA Tom should win some type of award for inventing the 3D!!! I detected an old church park area which was hit by plenty of detectorists over many many years. All were deep high tone signals and very closely co-located to iron/trash. I used the standard 8"...

    3D finds old Bar Token

Found this Bar Token last weekend using the 3D (High Tone). Any idea of how old this may be? Also found a 1904 Indian Head Penny about 10 feet away from the token. The backside says "Margo's" 1203 S. Wilson Ave. Interesting.
