    question about Paypal....

    Recently I tried to change the status of my email accounts with paypal. I want to make a new email adress (which has been confirmed) my primary email adress. When I tried to make the new email my primary I was asked to confirm by typing in my bank acct. #. Does this seem correct? Thanks!
