    Question about coils for V3i...???

    Hello to all....I'm getting ready to purchase a new V3i...I've got a MXT and have a couple coils for it...will they work on the V3i....??? I've read where the coils should be V rated....? I have the 6x10, 5.3 and the stock 950 for the MXT. Thanks, Don

    Thoughts on SEF 8x6 coil in hot soil...???

    I live in a area of Virginia that has some very hot soil....I mostly hunt for civil war relics with the MXT, would the sef 8x6 coil help in this type of soil ? The campsites I hunt have lots of iron trash...I have the 950 stock coil and a 5.3...any thoughts..???
