yesterday was absolutely horrible day went back to the farm where I got the 1904 indian and cigar token and hunted, and hunted, all I ended up with was 4lbs of junk 1 wheat penny and this cool carriage tag, it was the find of the day for me.

Today I hit an empty lot where an old house was tore down in town, walked onto the lot, total 100% null from my etrac. So into TTF I went. Started digging clad at 6" and I was disappointed. Then I get a 01-31 that hit from both way at 5". I dug it and it was the 1873 indian. Wow that made my day, next target was a solid 12-41 and I expected a wheat, little to my surprise was a nice 1865 2 cent piece!!! I did the happy dance...lol

Snagged a few more wheats, then I got a nice hit that was a little bouncy but right in the silver range, it was 04-47, 04-48, 04-46, good solid hit. Turned out to be the 1897 barber quarter. Today's hunt sure made up for yesterday!!!!

HOLY SMOKES! I was all envious the other day when you posted the two V-Nickel's. I found a 1906 V today with a nail laying ON it at 3" in TTF and thought to myself I'll bet I got G4E today! :detecting: I guess I'm gonna have to up my game. NICE JOB!. I've never even seen a 2 center. I'd be over the moon if I actually found one.

Those are awesome finds for sure. The 2 cent piece is exceptional. Really like the carriage tab too.

Gee Whiz Terry! Pace yourself man or you're gonna get to where you're addicted to this hobby like me!!! :detecting::rofl:

Very nice finds my friend! Thanks for the great pictures.

Did I read that correctly? You hit that IH in TTF and it hit on the 01 conductive line? I knew you'd opened up that spot just for that occasion, just wanting to confirm.

Thanks,

NebTrac

remember I disc out 01-01 thru 01-30..........I do NOT disc out 01-31 and on up because I have found several indians now at 01-31 while in TTF

Awesome digs. That old vintage coin on the 2 center is way cool never dug one of those but my grandma did give me one. Very nice thanks for sharin

Very nice stuff Terry, those 2 centers are special coins alright just something about them. They were the first US coins with the motto In God We Trust.

I have now dug two different 01-31 signals that turned out to be older Wheat backs, a 1910 and a 1918. Both were at least 8" deep and one was 10''s deep. Both had very clean audio signals and read the same from all directions.

I seldom get that particular reading so I dig them all. I dug a 1926 Standing liberty quarter this winter that read 01-47 01-48 and it to was at least 8"s deep.

I used to black out the 01 to 010 ferrous areas, but not anymore.
