2 hours at country school nets 2 Halves,2 Indians.9 Wheaties & a Token

Found a 1880 built country one room school house by accident last evening and found a few goodies.Only had a couple hours till dark and found the silver half and one Indian the first 10 min. Then hunted over an hour for nothing but trash and then hit a couple of hot spots before dark. The two Wheaties were glued together and gave a perfect 12-46 silver sound:ranting:The place had been grown up and a farmer had just mowed the grass for hay and a lot of it was rather tall for productive hunting,Ray.
PS The token says property of Mills baseball vender and on other side loaned for amusement only, wonder if I need to return it:bouncy:

Hey Ray,
Great Spot ya found there.
I have hunted a site similar to that but not as old for over 10 years...She keeps on producing but has slowed down way down now.
After you hunt all the easy places you start to get a real feel for what it may have been like during the late 1800s then start hunting the hunches and odd areas of the property.
Always a thrill to get into some big silver but at my old school I have found lots of tokens too.
I love diggin up them injuns any day.

Thanks for sharin...maybe I outta try my spot one more time...

good luck

Very nice Ray !

superb finds, I have never found a 1RSH that was still standing that produced much at all, because normally everyone and their brother have already hunted it, where I have luck is finding fields where they used to be standing and were tore down 30-40 yrs ago, those pay off good!

Thanks Ray! Nice Finds and appreciated the story and the pictures too!!
