2-seated ladies and and IH cent

Digger

Hit an old farmsite for a couple hours yesterday afternoon where I managed to pull out a couple pieces of old silver and one IH cent. Other than the 35 mph winds, not a bad day to be outside. HH Randy

Awesome day. 35 MPH winds are always a good test for the fit of your headphones. :surprised:

Thanks for the post.

PS: for some reason, seated coins seem to avoid me like I have the plague........I just need more research I guess (little luck wouldn't hurt either)!

I'm speechless:surprised:

This one is an 1880.

I know the Gray Ghost NDT's were doing their job because when I took them off......... my cap blew away! HH Randy

Funny thing about the 1853 quarters........ the very first seated coin I found was an 1853 quarter, back in the mid-1970's. I remember that day well because the quarter was exactly 100 years older than me.

Back in the late 80's, I was trying to get my son interested in detecting. One of his first finds was an 1877 seated quarter, exactly 100 years older than him! Weird how things like that happen! HH Randy
