Dug an entire tribe of injuns today a new record 4 me

well once again went knocking doors looking for a good yard to hunt. I think DiggerDan and I truly found a virgin yard!!!!

I set a new record for myself, found a total of 8 injuns in one day, before my best in a day was 5. I found the whole tribe!

got 3 silver dimes, 11 wheats....best ones were 1910, 1915-D (2) 1916, 1920, 1924

and a presidential token 2nd or 3rd one this yr. The best thing was I only dug 2 clad pennies in this yard! Dan got 2 buffalo nickels, silver dime, 12 wheats, 1 indian, and a good for 5 cent token. Man what a good day!

nope I tried those settings when I got into the "nail zone" right beside house and I did not pull a single coin out of the iron infested area

Great finds Goes! Those Indians look to be in pretty good shape. Farm land down here is rough on them. Probably from fertilizer and such.
Anyway, thanks for posting. Its great encouragement.

this was a house in town and the soil was dark black, real easy on old coppers, my old camera sucks, my good one broke. You can see liberty on most of the indians

That's a FANTASTIC days finds for sure - and thanks for the tips on hunting the old farm houses !

I think I find a lot of indians because I seek out the oldest houses in my area. You gotta go to where they are to find em, thank you for the kind words!

That is so true. Andy Sabisch said the same thing in his last book, and that is what i have been trying to concentrate on. It definitely helps. You can't find them if they're not there!!!
