I like that last idea and will be adding it to my machine.. thanks DiggerDigger said:I like Combined audio so much, I actually have 4 different Search Modes with that audio profile. The biggest difference between them is the size of the bins and the tones assigned to each. In my slightly modified Coin Program with Combined Audio, I have the ferrous line set at 19. Pattern 1 has all ferrous properties greater than 23 set to reject. So the only "low tone" I hear is for ferrous properties between 19 and 23. I've not dug any coins with a ferrous greater than 19. But at least this way I'll hear it if there is one, and make the decision to dig based on the conductive TID. Pattern 2 is a wide open screen. JMHO HH Randy
Digga03 said:yes its all new to me but having been with the CTX now for 3 weeks decided its time to have a go at this and see how it works, so you can run the 5 tones over a discrimination pattern? i just wiped the screen clean in coin pattern one and put the 5 tones in that and made the silver as high as i could.
i have a question how do i get back to combined ferrous conductive tones on coin pattern 2 just push the detect button or is it more work that that ?
