I had hunted the old church site that only had a cemetery and foundation but did not know about the early brush arbor days until LabradorBob pointed it out to me in a PM
It was very brushy but was able to root around and found the best Barber on top of ground just under the leaves.That is why it is dark on one side and lighter or faded on the other as it has been exposed to the sun many times for over 100 years when the woods were burnt off I am sure.Thanks a lot for the info Harold AKA LabradorBob.

hacking it out of the brushy roots but at least it was not the one with full liberty
