First siver dollar

Been detecting since the late 60s found all kinds of silver but never a silver dollar to make the story short I was hunting where an old horse race track used to be at a spot that has been back filled where I have been over with several machines.May bee just luck but was alerted by very faint whistle almost dismissed it as an iron halo but numbers were 1-41 to 1-46 then back to 16-46 the percentage being 1-41.Proceeded to dig staying away from the center of the hole taking out the dirt noticed a very large silver looking item almost to my disbelief picked it out and the numbers appeared 1885.My pinpointer is 9 inches so I stood it on top of the coin where it layed to estimate the depth at least an inch to the top of the soil an honest ten inches.I was in a state of shock like being in a dream as I held this coin what excitement first silver dollar.

Welcome to the club. I was fortunate enough to find one in my first full year of detecting. Just plain location on my part. RayMo found his first last fall....but his was skill. Congratulations on a great find. Pictures????
