My third SLQ in a year and second from same property. Got this 1918 D last Saturday and a 1917 type 1 last fall. Thanks for looking

Wow! Great find. Looks like it was dropped around that date to me.

Great detail - congrats !

Nice SLQ found two this year so far myself never enough lol but got my first seated and a sweet 1916 barber too so far this year.

WOW! That's in great shape!!! Did you find that on the Denver mint site? Looks like it fell out of the machine and wasn't ever in circulation!!! LOL.

I talked to a friend last weekend and he told me a story: He went to his Safe Deposit Box and saw a penny on the floor, when he picked it up and tossed it on the counter it sounded different! He looked closer and discovered it was an 2 1/2 dollar gold piece!!! He gave it to the teller and she thanked him. A couple months later, she caught up with him, "you know the $2 1/2 Gold you found? We called everyone with a Safe Deposit Box here and no one claims it, so it's yours!!!" I need to hang around this guy more often!!!

SLQ with full date... Awesome. I dug a 1929 in that condition. Nice when these show up, because they don't show up often...
