Old farm gives up 6 silver...2nd trifecta this season!!!

With rain in the forecast this evening and ALL day tomorrow, I took off work at lunch time to meet up with Kyle to knock some doors. We headed out in the country and looked for an old farm. First one had almost no signals, must have been very little activity in that yard. We packed up and searched for another one.

Found one, and got permission. Very first dig was a merc dime, 2 feet away another merc dime. A couple minutes later I got a fairly deep wheat signal and about 7" out pops the barber dime, sweet....every barber I have dug this year has came in exactly like a wheat penny, 12-41 solid.

Found several wheats, a toasted indian then found rosie #1 to complete my second trifecta this year. Found the 3rd merc and another rosie for 6 silver dimes in this yard. I'd venture to say this yard was untouched virgin territory!

Way too cool, excellent finds. The last time I had a tri-fecta ,the doctor put me on penicillin. You will only need to do this for a week or two and the swelling will subside after 1 1/2 weeks. This looks like it was an awesome hunt, Congrats!!

Nice going,great finds there!

Congratulations Terry, you da man! Love those old home sites and good advice on places that aren't producing!

Excellent day!
It sure sounds like "Knocking on Doors" is a productive way to put some coin in your pocket. Many people never get past the fear of being turned down so they leave some Virgin sites for the bold.
Remember this People! If you don't ask, G4E will come to YOUR town and ask them.

Your smokin Terry - keep it up !

Good Job Terry! Nice Finds.... Congratulations!
