What do you have to do to copy them I have tried every thing and get miss match after miss match and it will not scroll.?

After you go to a city,click on the small thumbnail of the map.
Once it loads,click download at the top,it will show as a pdf file then.
click the little floppy disc at the top L.H. corner to save it as a .pdf file to your computer!
