Got a nice silver ring and a 55 or 58 rosie at the beach today in the wet sand.

Nice work. I am expecting a CTX in the mail tomorrow. Ready to see what it can do. Do you use the stock coil at the beach? I hunt the beaches primarily with a PI but have had my eye on the CTX for dirt fishing and the beach.

Nice finds! Silver coins should be quite hard to find out there, right?

Hi Duke and Sube,

I find all my old silver where there use to be a pier or restruant, about 2 feet of the old poles still show. I have taken 28 so far from the thirties to the fifties. As this area is real bad with very large bad rusted nails and old 8 to 10 inch rusty bolts. But the ctx with my 6" and stock coil can still find them in that iron. For Sube, trash on the wet sand and in the water is low, but get near the banks and I have to use disc.

Sweet day on the silvah!

Nice. You discovered a "sweet spot" for the oldies.

Any one with the patience to use a six inch coil at the beach deserves good finds. Congratulations Gene on some more. HH :minelab:
