found the ring and play money yesterday in the beanfield I have been hunting, got the 3 wheats and 1887 indian tonite and a site where they just tore down a old farm. Dug indians don't get much nicer shape than this! that is indian #76 for the season

ring came in 12-44 solid.........no markings inside at all, it came from the field site that I have dug coins from 1865 to 1930, so I am assuming it is fairly old

Absolutely spot on Terry! IH's do not come much better looking than that out of the ground! Super finds! Thanks for the pictures.

Lovely coin
fantastic shape for its old age
the soil there must be kind to metals (not too acidic or alkaline)
Congratulations...one for the coin album

Good one Terry - the Indian Cent looks like it just came from a coin shop !

Boy I wish our Indian cents came out that nice. Northern California soil is not to kind on copper. Congrats!
