    Gold Basin AZ with 6 inch coil

    T storms run me out of GB today, I did find a couple of itty bitty lead shavings . I got a reading of 13 , to me it was going to be a hot rock, well it would read 13, then go to a solid 3...so I dugfound the hot rock , waved coil over and no more 13 but still had a solid 3 , I dug , about 3...

    Campground hunt

    Looking forward to the 6 inch coil

    I will be glad when Minelab gets the 6 inch coil out. I have mine pre-ordered as I want it for hunting gold nuggets and in some really tight places for goodies too. But all I can do now is wait. Hope it won't be too long.

    Equinox 800 on the play ground

    Took my Equinox 800 out to play today . I went to a local Tot lot since it should be almost empty...it was . Found a bunch of clad, first find was a dime, then another dim. I got a solid 13 on it was double hitting, move the sand and there was a nickel....all in all I think I got about 1.77 in...

    Went out to a local freshwater beach on the Colorado River , was full of folk this weekend.... Got there at day break...was already 8 folks hunting , I took my place on the beach. I found 5 pennies , 2 dimes and 2 sinkers plus 3 metal tent pegs . Still learning but I am getting able to tell...

    Equinox 800 in hand

    Just got my 800 from UPS. Got it charging so I can go hunt later. only took about a week from order to delivery and that included the weekend. Now to learn....been hunting with an MXT and MX Sport....big difference between them.

    Hunting by the river

    I was hunting with my MXT by the river in Bullhead City AZ today . found several nickels , a key and a 2009 Estados Unitos Mexicano 50 coin.....not worth much but still a find.

    13 inch ultimate coil

    When to local swimming area and tried the 13 Ultimate coil on my MXT , not really happy with it, I like my 4X6 best out of all my coils. Went over same area I just hunted with the 13 and found 3 coins that it / I MISSED. Going to keep the 4X6 on it and not worry.

    Took the MXT out today

    I took my MXT out for a bit while I was killing time before a meeting. I think my MXT is performing much better than my MX Sport.... Found 2 quarters , 10 pennies (zink) and several junk items. Think I am going to sell the MX Sport and keep the MXT.

    What one is best

    Not sure witch machine is better , I have an MXT an a MX Sport........... Both seem to have no problem finding coins. I have several coils for the MXT ,13"ultimate , 4x6 ,DD2 , stock and a 6x10.... The MX Sport just has the stock DD coil. Can anyone tell me the difference and why I should keep...

    Got to take the MX Sport out

    After waiting due to personal probs. I got to go out with the MX Sport today. Went to the same place I have been going with my other detectors.....Showed trash , then said a Zinc...dug it , it was. Right in a place I know I have been over many times before.
