    Silver ring ?

    I just found my second silver ring. The first one was easy to identify as the 925 stamped inside means sterling silver. This new find I am not so sure about. it is stamped WA STER. As best i can tell this might mean Washington Sterling, but i am not sure. Can anyone help with this stamping ?
