    Ok thank you. I didnt know if I should sell the X5 and get something like a Goldmonster or Gold Bug 2. From the videos Ive seen it seems like all the gold detectors hit hot rocks hard like my X5 does(detectors under $1,000.)so I dont see much advantage as the X5 hits small gold really well...

    Sovereign since they first came out. No meter, just used the tones ocean beach hunting. Great machine.

    The Advantage is a great machine. Very good in iron. Heavy as the Sov.....minelab took way to long lightning up their machines.... Loved the little 7.25" stock coil on it best.

    Giving the T2+ a try!

    Give the all metal mode a good workout. It has a good feel to it, its like your connected to the ground. Your gonna have to deal with alot of targets but the meter makes that easier. Very sensitive all metal is.

    Im sure they understand advertising. They probably deemed those items as not worth it for the return they get. They are/were expensive.....probably be better for them to just include embroidered patches with each detector and let the detectorist put them on their own jackets or vests. Ive got...

    Equinox questions

    I think Im gonna order an Equinox and would like to know what I have to order along with it for wading. The control pod is waterproof from what Ive read but Im confused on the headphone setup. It looks like stock they are wireless, which Ive never used, but I dont think that will work thru water...

    Which detector still being manufactured, that is a discriminator, will equal or exceed a Shadow X5?

    Specifically interested in one that will hit small gold in the ground...not air test... My X5 hits earrings like no other Ive seen but Ive not tried anything new in the last 5 plus years. Thanks in advance for your response.
